CASSCertify.com provides CASS™ processed addresses for your mailing list via the Internet quickly, easy and cost effectively. Our CASS™ processing on-line service includes ZIP Code™ correction and assignment of ZIP + 4® codes, carrier route, delivery point, eLOT™ code and the ZIP® 4 Error Code for those addresses that do not meet CASS™ processing requirements.
Once completed, your file will be returned to you along with the CASS™ Report (Postal Service™ Form 3553) and the new file layout. You will receive the file via email.

All lists submitted via the website must be provided in ASCII (delimited) or ASCII (fixed) format.
Files that must be compressed or are executable such as .zip or .exe must be submitted via email to info@casscertify.com. A file layout must be included.

All you have to do is provide us with an accurate description for the following fields when completing the upload form:

IMPORTANT: You must provide correct file layout information to insure proper address correction. For ASCII (comma delimited) files please indicate the relative field location number for all mandatory fields. For ASCII (fixed) files you must provide the starting position and field length of all mandatory fields as well as the total overall field length.
Additional fields may be included in both ASCII Fixed and ASCII Delimited file formats. This data will be carried forward to the output file with the CASS certified data being appended to the end of the record.

As your file is processed, www.casscertify.com will append normalized address information, as well as the carrier route, delivery point, and LOT code, to all standardized records.
The following standardized address information will be appended to your original record: (numbers in parenthesis define a fixed length field layout).

If an address is not fully standardized, the input address will not be changed and will be returned exactly as received. In addition, we will provide you with an error code to indicate why that record was not able to CASS certify.
